Chawla Warehouse
The Foundation of Scale (2006-2012)
Location: Sason
Our journey in massive-scale logistics began in 2006. We successfully handed over the first phase of *Chawla Warehouse* in 2008. Anticipating the region’s growing demands, we continued continuous construction and expansion through 2012, eventually scaling the facility to an expansive 82,000 sq. ft. This state-of-the-art warehouse, positioned on a major multi-lane highway, was delivered as a built-to-suit solution for a single major client—the Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation.
Chawla Heights
Pioneering Corporate Spaces (2015)
Location: Jharsuguda
In 2015, we brought a new vision to the heart of Jharsuguda with *Chawla Heights*. Standing prominently on the main road, this Basement + Ground + 3 Floors structure was one of the town’s first true corporate commercial buildings, designed as a built-to-suit landmark for Reliance. By leasing the ground and first floors directly to Reliance and reserving the remaining floors strictly for other corporate offices, we established our signature standard: premium spaces reserved exclusively for corporate tenants.
Chawla Infra
Engineering Security and Prestige (2024)
Location: Sambalpur
Bringing our proven concept to the heart of Sambalpur, we completed *Chawla Infra* in 2024. Situated directly on the main road, this project pushed the boundaries of bespoke commercial construction. Built to suit the exacting, high-security needs of a premium jewelry brand, we engineered the building with reinforced concrete walls spanning from the basement through the ground and first floors. To ensure flawless daily operations for our corporate tenants, the facility was equipped with heavy-duty infrastructure, including reliable industrial generators for uninterrupted power and dedicated perimeter barriers. The second and third floors of this structure serve as highly sought-after, dedicated corporate office spaces.
